A minor tricky thing I am ignoring: What is to be done about asexually reproducing organisms if the right metaphysics of them is that they perish on reproduction. But whatever we stipulate about them in w1 should work, since the evolutionary theorist thinks that our mindedness requires not just facts about the evolution of asexually reproducing organisms, but about the evolution of our ancestors after they discovered sexual reproduction. I leave the details to the reader.
