There are two options here. One option is that the evidence set includes the propositions testified to, and the other is that the evidence set includes only the reports of testimony. In the first case, the evidence set includes such propositions as that viruses are small while in the second case, the evidence set includes such propositions as that experts say that virsues are small. But in both cases, the concept of a virus is involved, albeit differently.
